Peter Gilroy - Vice President Of Fixing Things (Technical Director)

Who does "experience" call when it absolutely needs "experienced staff"? It calls Peter Gilroy. Peter is always there when it comes to walking people through sound and lighting questions, audio visual requirements for conferences, conventions and tradeshows to even setting up a projector for Nanny's 90th birthday. Peter Gilroy is top of the mind when it comes audio visual installations and repairs in Ottawa as well. Peter is extremely proud to have recently worked with IKEA (Grand Opening of the largest store in Canada), Barrhaven Canada Day (three years running), a fourteen room conferences at the Westin and more! We think he might have just got a call to repair a client's toaster...we will keep you posted...

Michael lives and breaths marketing and networking. How the heck did he end of working with Casey Kasem in his younger years?? You may have already seen, heard or even read about Michael and not even know it! Michael has been the American Idol Insider for Fox in the United States and for Bob FM right here in the Nation's Capital! He does spots for Canada AM as their music industry analyst and has penned a best selling book on Amazon! Come on by the office anytime and say hello! He never passes up a chance to get out of the office for lunch...even if he has already eaten!

What can we say about Vicki?? Well, for starters she is from the maritimes so that automatically makes her the nicest person on earth! When you call us at 1-613-686-1179 she will probably be the one answering your call. Some have thought she is Australian, some just aren't sure...Call in and guess what province she is originally from!

All of us at Ottawa Special Events were so proud of Nathaniel "Pilgrim" Parant for being nominated for the 2011 "Customer Service Of The Year" award through the Nepean Chamber Of Commerce. If you have done an event with us, you have probably seen Nathaniel out loading and unloading the trailer. On a side note, ask him for vegan recipes as he loves to pass them along!
